Return & Refund Policy
At Crunchmoms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund process to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your item under the following conditions:
The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The product must be in resalable condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
Customized or personalized items (such as engraved or special edition products) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Gift cards, digital downloads, and clearance sale items are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you meet the above conditions and want to proceed with a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at hey@crunchmoms.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, attach clear photos showing the issue.
Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address in Dubai.
Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it back to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping from Dubai, UAE. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:
1. Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Within UAE: 2-5 business days
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar): 5-10 business days
International Orders (Europe, USA, Asia, etc.): 10-20 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.
Orders above a certain amount (e.g., AED 300) may qualify for free shipping (if applicable).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs regulations.
These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.
Crunchmoms is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number first. If the issue persists, contact us at [your email], and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
In case of lost packages, we will work with the courier to investigate the issue. However, we are not responsible for stolen or unclaimed packages after delivery.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.
