About Kavita Srinivasan
After spending over a decade in publishing as the Editor in Chief of Cosmopolitan Middle East, HELLO! and MASALA!, Kavita resigned in November 2019. She was suffering from chronic Post Partum Distress that wasn’t abating despite her son being over three years old.
It is through her pain that Kavita discovered meaning. She studied under Dr Shefali Tsabary to become a certified Parenting Coach and is now pursuing her MA and PhD in Holistic Psychology, specializing in Adverse Childhood Experiences, Child Therapy, and Trauma, at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
