About the parenting session

Have you ever wondered about brain development in the pre-teen and teenage years? Do you wonder how to communicate and connect with your child most effectively? This workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Rama Kanj, Educational psychologist and Head of Psychology Services at The Developing Child Center, Dubai. The presentation is for parents of children between the ages of 10-19 years.

About Rama Kanj

Rama is a licensed Educational Psychologist driven by a passion for childhood development and learning. Rama is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology at the University of Reading in the UK. Today, Rama is practicing in Dubai at The Developing Child Center as the head of Psychology Services where she offers counseling sessions to children and adolescents and administers educational psychology evaluations. Rama continues to be an active member of the American Board of School Neuropsychology and the International Testing Commission. Rama believes that all children have the potential to learn and prosper but each child in their unique way.
