Hala Ghandour is a corporate strategy advisor, executive coach & team leadership facilitator, and mother of three. Hala's career started as an investment banker with JP Morgan Chase in New York and London, before transitioning to management consulting with Mckinsey & Company in Dubai after business school. In 2006, Hala embarked on a long tenure in the public sector helping lead high-profile projects in social development, public policy, and economic growth. Her roles included Chief of Staff to Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, Chief of Development for Expo 2020 Dubai, Director of Development at the Minister of State’s Office of Her Excellency Reem Al Hashimy, and Head of Corporate Planning for The Executive Office of the Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid.
