About the speaker

Kimi is a multi-passionate professional with a career spanning 20 years in consulting, project management, corporate wellbeing and HR. A lifelong learner and avid reader, she wants to be part of a revolution to make workplaces more humane through emotional intelligence and empathy. A qualified engineer, Kimi enjoyed a 12-year career as a management and IT consultant before switching careers to follow her passion.

At the Engage Group, Kimi is Director of Consulting as part of a dedicated and passionate team that are the region’s leading employee communication and experience experts. She has a proven track record for designing and implementing pragmatic strategies that drive business success. A good day for her involves a whiteboard, lots of ideas and a clear strategy at the end of it. When not working, Kimi likes to read and play with her daughter, go for walks, and take online courses.
