About Sandra Sharpe

Sandra left her advertising job to follow her passion and pursued additional studies in nutrition. She took a leap of faith by leaving corporate and creating a life rooted in passion and flexibility. This new approach has allowed her to continue as a working mom but from home and create the flexibility of being there for her baby while having the space to grow professionally. She now helps women balance hormones naturally, eat sustainably, ditch the pills and detox their life. We learn about her journey to nutrition and get practical tips on how she manages her time, personal brand, and programs all with a one-year-old. Expect practical advice and helpful tools that really work.

About our events

We have a new location for our weekly Connect with Crunchmoms' sessions on Sunday at Intersect by Lexus at Gate Village 7 in the DIFC! 

Come join us in person at Intersect by Lexus located in DIFC every Sunday this October to learn, connect, and grow from these inspiring talks by inspiring women. We now charge 65 AED for general registration per event or we welcome the community to join the Explorer membership, which gets you unlimited access to events for 55 AED a month. This is available for a limited time only. This price reserves your spot and includes complimentary still or sparkling water and 20% off your entire bill. Make time to invest in yourself because this is your hour. We will be available every Sunday and use the time to work, meet up with moms, get inspired by talks, and more.

Driving? There is paid parking at DIFC which is free the first hour and 20 AED for the second hour or you can valet park and get it validated with a minimum spend by the restaurant. The convenient entrance is in front of Building 10 or 8. If you park at Building 5, take a left when you exit building 5 and when you see Boca on your left, turn right in a small alleyway into a small court-yard type area. There is also RTA parking on the streets around DIFC if you're lucky to find a spot.
