Sarah Bacon is a Senior Director at AstoLabs. Grown and scaled tech-enabled startups from ideation to scale across multiple markets. Got hands dirty across most verticals - discovery, sales, marketing, ops, 'pivoting while delivering', building scale (OKRs, metrics that matter, figuring out product-market-fit), building teams (obsessing's over culture fit, building capabilities from the ground up). Prior to startup life worked at a Fortune 500 oil & gas company in billion-dollar projects in frontier, challenging markets (including Iraq, Brunei, Malaysia). Developed and executed strategies in commercial, supply chain, consulting and organisational scale-up and ramp-down in a major market. Constantly trying to learn to be better tomorrow than I am today.
