About Sarah Siddique

A people and organizational development professional who is deeply passionate about getting things done. Sarah has had a non-traditional journey across a variety of roles in the early part of her career before discovering the wonderful world of L&D, Talent Management and Organizational Development.  A Sudanese national who grew up in the UAE, Sarah holds a Masters in Positive Leadership and Strategy from IE Business School in Madrid and a BBA in Marketing from the American University in Dubai. She is fluent in English, Arabic and Swedish and pretends to speak Spanish! She is the proud mom of Adam who is her favorite travel buddy and all-things-fun companion.  As self-professed “cool nerd” she will soon embark on pursuing a Doctorate – surely on a topic less explored – and once attained her aspirations are to become a travelling professor.
