About Camilla d'Abo, Non-Executive Director of Together - the region’s first dedicated Workplace Culture Consultancy

Camilla is an award-winning Entrepreneur and Non-Executive Director with over 40 years of experience living in the UAE.

She is proud to have two children and champion female leadership in the region and be a role model to women in both the corporate as well as the entrepreneurial world.

Stemming from a background in marketing and corporate finance, Camilla is passionate about achieving a legacy here in the UAE and is always inspired by great people, great quality, and great collaborations! Professionally, she has had entrepreneurial success having co-founded and built a Dubai-based marketing firm – DABO & CO - from a two-man team into a globally recognized multi-million dollar business with 80 staff managing leading brands including LinkedIn, Marriott, BMW, DTCM & HSBC. Due to its success, the company was acquired by the world’s largest global PR firm, Edelman, in 2015.

Following this, she has worked in other organizations but more recently has spent the past year working on the launch of together, the first of its kind consultancy dedicated solely to workplace culture. The company aims to inspire brands to transform organizations by achieving an aligned, effective, and engaged workforce whilst addressing the growing demands of the future of work.

She is also a Non-Executive Director of a multi-award-winning design firm ‘Roar’ which is one of the UAE’s fastest-growing architecture and interiors firms, globally awarded by Commercial Interior Design, Wallpaper, and Frame.

Personal accomplishments include being recognized by CEO Middle East 2021 Women of Influence, receiving the Chairman’s Award in 2017 by the Middle East PR Association, being named Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 by Gulf Capital Middle East, and ranked as one of the Top Great Places to Work in 2015.

About our Connect with Crunchmoms events

We have a new day, time, and location for our weekly Connect with Crunchmoms sessions. Join us on Mondays at 9:30 am at Tania’s Teahouse (779A Jumeirah St in Umm Suqeim 2).

Come join us in person every Monday to learn, connect, and grow from these inspiring talks and workshops by inspiring women. We charge 85 AED for talks and 100 AED for workshops. You can also join the Crunchmoms community for 300AED per month which gets you unlimited access to events & workshops, coaching, consultation, access to members network, a private Whatsapp group chat, and more. This ticket reserves your spot at the talk/ workshop.
