About the Event
Hacking Start-Up Culture & Hiring – How to Define your Employer Value Proposition.
Company culture should not be a side effect of the Founder’s personality. Join Paula for a workshop on how to build your company culture with intention. Company culture is crucial for hiring and keeping exceptional talent in your workforce. Even if you don’t have a large team, the perception of your organization to the outside world, to potential employees, clients, and even suppliers, is important. Your employer brand IS your consumer brand – all stakeholders are becoming one group. Be deliberate in how you craft your employer value proposition, and it will benefit you as your business grows.
Connect with Crunchmoms with Paula Jacobson, Founder of Do the Most
Paula Jacobson is the founder of Do the Most - a People, Culture & Impact consultancy helping businesses make their work more meaningful.
Meaningful work comes from the core of an organization, its people. Increasingly, people are looking for organizations, that lead with purpose. How can businesses establish that purpose, and find out what really matters to their people?
Paula believes every business has the potential to have a positive impact on society and the environment. By deploying diagnostic tools, she seeks out what matters to your people, and finds ways to embed purpose throughout your business, ensuring that your work is more meaningful.
In her most recent 5 year tenure as senior director of people and culture for Huda Beauty, Paula built the People & Culture department, growing it to a 9-strong team. Starting in 2016, Paula started the People & Culture department and was integral to the global scaling of the business. Paula worked hand in hand with the brand founders to achieve phenomenal global success as one of the world’s best and most loved beauty companies.
A dog rescuer, mental health advocate, surfer and ocean activist, Paula finds time to focus on pro-bono projects, including her ocean and human health program, Shore Thing Surf Therapy.
